At Kick Fizz, we want you to love every sip! If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help. Due to the nature of our hemp-infused beverages, we have a few guidelines in place to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
All Sales Are Final
Due to federal and state regulations surrounding hemp-derived products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any beverages. Additionally, our products are considered food items and, for safety reasons, cannot be returned. Please note that these products have not been tested or evaluated by the FDA. By purchasing from Kick Fizz, you acknowledge that all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take pride in carefully packing every order, but if your Kick Fizz arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, we’ll make it right! Please email us at info@kickfizz.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Once reviewed, we’ll either issue a replacement or provide a refund, depending on the situation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it’s still missing, contact us at [your support email], and we’ll do our best to assist.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for damaged or incorrect orders. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
